Withdrawal (Withdrawal) can be done at any time by the customer if the customer wishes, the record of the funds withdrawn by customers not exceed the amount Effective Margin contained in customers daily transaction reports (Statement Report).
Withdrawal Process (Withdrawal)
- The customer enters the withdrawal menu on his real transaction account to request a withdrawal of funds by following the applicable terms and conditions.
- Customer fills in the fund withdrawal request form.
- Withdrawals of customer funds can only be transferred to the account in the name of the customer concerned as stated in the customer's account opening application document.
- The process of withdrawing funds by customers using the standard mechanism takes three working days (T+3), but PT. Bestprofit Futures strives to ensure that the withdrawal process only takes one working day (T+1).
